Section 01
Nature of beta features
14.1 Nature of beta features
From time to time, Sparkview may offer beta or early-access features so you can try new functionality before it is generally available. These features are provided for evaluation and may be incomplete, change or be refined over time, and may be withdrawn without notice. Output produced by beta features may also be updated as the feature matures.
Beta features are clearly labelled in the platform. This policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies whenever you use a beta or early-access feature.
Section 02
Feedback and risk
14.2 Feedback and risk
By using a beta feature, you acknowledge that it carries early-access risks, including a higher likelihood of errors, gaps or unexpected behaviour. Human review of any Output remains mandatory, as set out in the AI Use and Disclosure Policy.
Any feedback you provide about a beta feature is given voluntarily. We may use it to improve the Services without any obligation to you, as described in section 1.12 of the Terms of Service.
Section 03
Service levels and fees
14.3 Service levels and fees
No service-level guarantees apply to beta or early-access features. Fees charged for beta or early access, where applicable, are non-refundable unless we expressly state otherwise in the offer.
Nothing in this policy affects your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
